No. We arrive early to set-up so you get the entire rental time to play.
Yes. Fresno Fun Jump carries a $2million / $3million dollar general liability insurance policy.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1 hour before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
All rentals are cleaned and disinfected after every use. Your rental will arrive clean, sanitized and ready for fun.
Yes. An electric blower keeps air in the unit the entire time - if unplugged, it will deflate. We require an outlet within 50´ of the unit and we will provide an extension cord.
If you do not have a power source available, we offer generator rentals for $110

Yes. All orders require a small Credit Card deposit to show good faith.
Sizes are listed under the description of the unit on our website. Please allow 2' of clearance on each side of the jumper, water slide, obstacle or tent.
Check the requirements listed with each unit. Some of our units require an attendant. Please allow at least a 4’ access to the area where it will be set up. The moonwalks can weigh up to 850 pounds, so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rock as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. If we are setting up on any surface other than grass, please let us know ahead of time so that we can bring the proper equipment to safely setup.

All we need is your garden hose to be hooked up to a water supply.
Yes. All units are different sizes. We will work with you to determine if the rental you selected will fit in your venue.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e., not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit / blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
